Luberef is one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-quality base oils and the only base oil producer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Founded in 1976 in the commercial hub of Jeddah, Luberef was established as a joint venture between Petromin and Mobil that today stands as a pioneer in the base oils sector.
From our two refineries in Yanbu and Jeddah, we have a combined capacity to produce 1.3 million metric tonnes per annum of base oils in high value branded lubricants
